Shipping Policy


We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over/above $99.

This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $99 or more after discounts are applied to qualify.

Processing Time:

1 – 2 business days.

- Orders placed before 11:00 PM EST on weekdays [Monday-Friday] are processed within 1 - 2  business days.

- Orders placed after 11:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day

Transit Time(Shipping Time):

4 – 7 business days
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, Shipping/Transit usually takes between 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location.  Please note that we have no control over USPS transit times.

Estimated Delivery Time:

5 - 9 Receiving time (Delivery Time) = 1 - 2 Processing time (Handling time) + 4 - 7 Transit Time (Shipping time)

Please note: Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of USPS.

 

Shipping Estimates and Tracking:

Shipping prices are based on USPS estimates. All orders include tracking details and delivery confirmation, provided an email address is entered during checkout.

Shipping Issues and Delays

Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs processing. The future lab co. is not responsible for such delays.

Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at hello@thefuturelabco.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund.

 Missing Items: If your order is missing items, please reach out to us immediately, and we will investigate and correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Temperature-Sensitive Products:

Our products contain oils, butters, and waxes that may melt in high temperatures. Please consider this when ordering during warmer months and ensure your package is sent to an address where it can be collected promptly. During winter, liquid products may freeze. If this occurs, rest assured the formula will remain the same after thawing and can still be used.


Address Issues:

Future Lab Co. is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.


Lost or Stolen Packages:

Future Lab Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address entered during checkout. Upon inquiry, we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information for customers to follow up with the shipping carrier directly.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Order Changes: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or items. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return process once received.
