We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no returns required, even if the product has been opened.

 

Money-Back Guarantee Conditions:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

This applies even if the product has been opened or used.

You will not be required to return the item.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

 

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, simply contact us at  hello@thefuturelabco.com  with your order number and a brief reason for your request.

We will review your request and, if approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 30 business days.

Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

 

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee to resend the package. If a refund is preferred, the items are subject to a restocking fee, and shipping fees and rewards points used will not be refunded.
If there is no response to our attempts to resend the package within 30 days of receiving it back, the items and payment will be returned to the custody of Future Lab Co.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Because we prioritize customer safety and product integrity, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Exchanges:

Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products

And

Exchanges are not allowed.

 

Please do not send any items back to us — they will not be accepted.
